The impressive appearance of the lava fields Teneguías, the formation of natural terraces on the Echentive beach and the views of the Atlantic Ocean, make the outdoor pool Fuente Santa a unique landscape in Europe.
The main purpose of this design is to highlight the mentioned main features of the place without interfering with the landscape. Nature plays the main role. The architecture is sustainable, simple and respects the landscape.
Lighting
It is divided into three zones, all designed to reduce light pollution in the environment. Thus, the natural night lighting is better absorbed in the evening.
Paths or Zone 1. Is marked by paths and catwalks. Gentle lighting
Terraces or Zone 2. Only targeted locations are illuminated to provide good orientation
Ponds or Zone 3. Area lighting to allow for safety in the evening use
